Jacqueline Harper is Texas-born, UK-based award-winning actor, voiceover artist, and director. She graduated with a BA in Theatre: Acting from St Edward’s University and proudly holds dual citizenship (US/UK). 

Speaking with a clear, non-regional American accent, Jacqueline has a warm, smooth, and engaging voice. Years of theatre training, improv classes, and on-screen experience have contributed to her adaptability, character choices, and ability to easily take direction. 

Experience working in the corporate world gifted Jacqueline the ability to confidently convey a brand’s message. Her friendly and personable approach to dry business copy makes her voice ideal for corporate narration, e-learning, explainers, and training videos. 

Jacqueline excels in making bold, extreme choices seem natural, and adding refined subtleties to extreme characters. Her greatest strength is versatility, with a rogues gallery ranging from campy, Old-Hollywood vixens, to feral Shakespearean creatures, to posh, acerbic socialites/sociopaths, to down-to-earth, sarcastic millennials. For decades, directors have championed her ability to bring truth, masterful comic timing, and realism to any role.
